It’s about someone who has spent there life being a bit of a *tart* and they have always looked down on others, then they realise they want someone special
This is a fantastic song.
I think it’s sorta obvious what it’s about..
He’s on tour and he sees the crowds and he gets lonely.
I think the whole “lonely while everyone sees you” scenario is definitely plausible.
On the band’s website it actually said that the song was written by Caleb while feeling lonely on tour. He said that it is about being far from home. But, to me it is about a person who has had a bunch of one night stands/failed relationships, has finally found “the one”, and is doing everything in their power to get them to notice.
