Practice – although you can never have his exact voice since you’ll never actually be Caleb Followills.
There are a lot of good imitators out there of celebrities and such. You should look into their techniques how they managed to do so. You may even be able to make a job out of it. At the casino by me there are concerts occasionally featuring famous singers like “Diana Ross” or “Rod Stewart” when it’s really just other people who look very similar and can sound it too or lip sync well.
Maybe hit a few karaoke places and see how good you are :p
