I think JLS should have won X-Factor. Okay, vocally Alexandra is better, but JLS have more to offer (ballads and upbeat) whereas Alexandra is just so typical…maybe I’m just being narrow minded because I’m a teenage girl? But I’m not so typical that I only like boybands…I just don’t think we need another soulful ballad singer, good as she may be, JLS are different. Who else is like them? Thanks!

Because I think the two singers are very similiar in many ways. The way they sing is very similiar. I think Leona has a much better singer and much more talented, but Alexandra is way hotter, so it depends wether the public will go for looks or talent. I think Leona will do better, or at least I hope she will, but I dont think they will both be successful.

I see that they are promoting this year’s X Factor winner, Alexandra Burke’s single as ‘Hallelujah’. But shouldn’t it be Alleluia? Isn’t that what Leonard Cohen called it?

just curious cuz i was listening to leona lewis’ song yesterday and she hits a high note towards the end and runs with it pretty well. Now i know i have a high voice for a guy, some ppl say like a ne-yo/justin timberlake combo cuz of the highness, so i guess i was wondering how i can do what she does in the song. Thanks ppl

Leona lewis has had her massive hit bleeding love and other hit better in time. Her vocal range is amazing, rivaling the greatest singers in the world. Do you think she will go down as a legendary vocalist?

I don’t get it. I don’t know about the other nominations, but Leona clearly seems to be to be able to do more with her voice in Bleeding Love than Adele does in Chasing Pavements.
